How a Trade Works
From your first inquiry to cargo at berth. A clear, four-stage process with full visibility at every step.
Inquiry & Requirements
Submit your commodity specifications, required volume, destination port, and preferred delivery window via our inquiry form or by contacting your account manager directly.
Quote & Contract
We issue a firm indicative quote within 48 hours, typically CIF or FOB. Upon agreement, a formal sales contract is executed GAFTA/FOSFA standard terms available.
Logistics & Shipping
We arrange ocean freight, vessel nomination, pre-shipment inspection (SGS/BV), phytosanitary certificates, and all export documentation from the origin country.
Delivery & Settlement
Cargo arrives at destination port with a full document set (BL, CoA, fumigation certificate, insurance). Payment settled per agreed LC or TT terms.
